Submitting Artwork

• If you submit the artwork via CD, DVD or FLASH memory sticks, mark it with the project name, owner name and telephone number.
• Include fonts with the print documents
• Save photos in a CMYK color space
• Save scanned photo‘s in JPG, EPS or TIFF format
• Save illustrations in 300dpi
• Include all images with the document (JPG, TIFF and EPS). Use the Collect function in Freehand and QuarkXpress
• Include a final proof with the document.
• Use the programs we reccomend.
• Do not include documents other than those you intend for us to produce and not more than one version of each print document.
• Finally: Seek information from us regarding information that you are not sure about before you begin. One phone call can save time and money.

Submitting documents for layout

• If the text is in Word and images saved in the document, you need to include the images separetly aswell in JPG, TIFF or EPS format.
• If you need scanned images please make note of that photocopy‘s and computer printed images result in less quality than film scans.
• Images from the internet are in most cases unusable, unless they are in large format.
• Digital images should preferablie be in the largest format possible.
